- Get the hair all wet! Then, apply a quarter-sized amount of shampoo into the palms of your hands. Spread evenly.
- Get ready to activate that satisfying lather. Blot shampoo throughout wet hair, and then massage gently from scalp to ends.
- Leave on for 1-2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Follow up with your fave conditioner or our GLOSS.ME hydrating treatment mask.
Pro Tip: Use weekly or every second week, when yellow hues become visible, to maintain brightness and enhance strength.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding holidays and take up to 4 business days to be processed. All orders are shipped with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. All orders from Canada and United States are shipped through Canada Post and UPS Standard Shipping Service (3-5 business days).
What is your return policy?
Order more than 30 days from date of purchase by customers are non-refundable. All product returns must be in unopened, unused and in salable condition upon arrival at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund. All beauty products including perfumes, colognes, hair colors, styling and barber tools are final sale and non-refundable. We require pictures of damaged goods in order to issue a return/refund.
