Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding holidays and take up to 4 business days to be processed.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

All order information is Final. We cannot change the shipping address after an order is placed for any reason. Please ensure to use correct shipping address and payment method before checking out.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Please note that we are unable to cancel any order that started processing.

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing an order by contacting our Customer Service Team. 

Address changes can be requested in certain cases only within 2 hours of placing an order before processing. 

Once an order starts processing, we can not guarantee cancellations or address modifications. 

Please verify your shipping address and payment information before completing checkout. 

Shipping Region

We currently ship only within Canada. All orders must be shipped to Canadian addresses. We do not offer international shipping for the moment.

Delivery Times 

Canada Post Standard Shipping and UPS Standard Ground

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after processing 

  • Coverage: All provinces and territories across Canada 

  • Tracking: Full tracking and delivery confirmation included 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location within Canada, weather conditions, and carrier delays. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

All orders in Canada are shipped through Canada Post. We have chosen Canada Post for their reputation of being on-time and their great customer service. Canada Post also has one of the lowest shipping rates in Canada, and our business model is all about our clients paying less. We believe if we can make our clients save money on shipping but still get the same quality that they expect.

 

All orders in Canada are shipped through UPS Ground Shipping. For shipping to Canada we thought the best decision was to go with the most reputable shipping company in the country. UPS always delivers and continues to be the most trusted shipping company in the world. They get items shipped out very quickly and effectively. We want to give the best possible service to our clients and quality shipping is a great part of our online shopping experience.

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order ships, you will receive: 

  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number 

  • A link to track your package on the Canada Post website 

  • Estimated delivery date 

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history. 

Delivery Issues 

Lost or Damaged Packages 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@thescentbar.ca with: 

  • Your order number 

  • Photos of any damage (if applicable) 

  • Description of the issue 

We will work with Canada Post or UPS to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund. 

Incorrect Address 

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional charges may apply to reroute your package. Please ensure your address is accurate before completing your order. 

PO Boxes and Rural Areas

We ship to: 

  • Residential addresses across Canada 

  • Business addresses 

  • PO Boxes (via Canada Post) 

  • Rural and remote areas (additional delivery time may apply) 

Holidays and Peak Seasons 

During peak shopping seasons (including holidays such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Valentine's Day) and Canadian statutory holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
