How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding holidays and take up to 4 business days to be processed. All orders are shipped with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. All orders from Canada and United States are shipped through Canada Post and UPS Standard Shipping Service (3-5 business days).

What is your return policy?

Order more than 30 days from date of purchase by customers are non-refundable. All product returns must be in unopened, unused and in salable condition upon arrival at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund. All beauty products including perfumes, colognes, hair colors, styling and barber tools are final sale and non-refundable. We require pictures of damaged goods in order to issue a return/refund.
