How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding holidays and take up to 4 business days to be processed. All orders are shipped with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. All orders from Canada and United States are shipped through Canada Post and UPS Standard Shipping Service (3-5 business days).
What is your return policy?
Order more than 30 days from date of purchase by customers are non-refundable. All product returns must be in unopened, unused and in salable condition upon arrival at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund. All beauty products including perfumes, colognes and hair colors are final sale and non-refundable. We require pictures of damaged goods in order to issue a return/refund.
How can we subscribe and save 10% on the first purchase?
In order to get 10% off on your first purchase, you would have to subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email in the exclusive benefits section. Once subscribed, you will receive the 10% discount code by email.
How do we get free shipping?
In order to receive free shipping, you would have to add items to your cart for $99 or over before taxes. When you proceed to checkout, after entering your shipping address details, the free shipping will automatically be applied to your order. Please note free shipping is eligible on orders from Canada only.
