Information: Clarifying Shampoo 09 is a gentle clarifying shampoo for oily scalps. It is enriched with Epilobium Felischeri and Azelaic Acid, which rid the scalp of excess oil and help slow down sebum buildup. Hair is left soft, moisturized, and full of volume.

Recommendations for use: Pour 2 to 3 pumps of Clarifying Shampoo 09 into your hands. Lather with water and massage into hair and scalp for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding holidays and take up to 4 business days to be processed. All orders are shipped with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. All orders from Canada and United States are shipped through Canada Post and UPS Standard Shipping Service (3-5 business days).
What is your return policy?
Order more than 30 days from date of purchase by customers are non-refundable. All product returns must be in unopened, unused and in salable condition upon arrival at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund. All beauty products including perfumes, colognes, hair colors, styling and barber tools are final sale and non-refundable. We require pictures of damaged goods in order to issue a return/refund.
