HOW TO USE OUR DEEP CONDITIONING MASQUE

Use 1-2 times per week to repair and hydrate hair. After shampooing, apply Masque generously to wet hair from roots to ends, comb through and leave in for at least 3-5 minutes. Rinse well. To intensify results, cover with plastic cap and process with medium heat dryer for up to 30 minutes.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding holidays and take up to 4 business days to be processed. All orders are shipped with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. All orders from Canada and United States are shipped through Canada Post and UPS Standard Shipping Service (3-5 business days).

What is your return policy?

Order more than 30 days from date of purchase by customers are non-refundable. All product returns must be in unopened, unused and in salable condition upon arrival at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund. All beauty products including perfumes, colognes, hair colors, styling and barber tools are final sale and non-refundable. We require pictures of damaged goods in order to issue a return/refund.
